A Zen Garden in Kyoto
I meant to plog, but never got my water colors and the gardens together in one place.
But of course I bought a Japanese camera :)

Lovely!
Nifty photo. I feel like walking around the corner there.
I hadn't heard he word "plog."
Evidently, Amazon has the rights to the word. So everytime we use it, they can charge us a nickle.
PLOG! How did you let Amazon get it away from you? We all know it means paint-log and refers to paintings one shows on one's blog.
Love yours, and couldn't you paint us a Japanese scene from memory, or from one of your photos?
Carol
So glad you have a camera now...
nice photo.
I agree, makes you want to see what's around the corner :>)
Hope there's more photos coming
Thanks guys.
As for plog, I guess I have to forget that.
Around the corner is a tea room where a buddhist monk whipped up some green tea for us, we knelt with him at a low table, raised the bowl, twirled it twice and drank.
Shister, you can make the watercolor now, at home.
This is a great view. Om. Thanks for posting.
Hi, I found your photo on google images and wanted to ask your permission to use it in a Powerpoint presentation. I am presenting at Georgia State University on using photography within a high school poetry unit on Haiku. Since it is on google normally I would just cite your website, but since it is posted on your blog, I wanted to ask permission, just to be on the safe side.
Alisha, Of course! Go right ahead and use the photo. Courteous of you to ask- I am flattered :-)
Hello what a beautiful and relaxing place,I would like to visit Japan some day and learn a lot about the culture and maybe take some karate lessons haha.
